Arts Practitioners’ Circle
A vibrant online learning community for arts practitioners
New circle convenes January 2027
I created this space for practitioners, educators, and healers to come together to actively share resources, exchange insights, and offer support and connection. Guided by the belief that collective study enriches our professional practice. —this is a space for learning, for deepening our understanding of arts-based practices, and for fostering connection with others doing this work.

What is it?
An online learning community where we gather to learn, listen, and support each other.
When is it?
We meet monthly on the third Wednesday of each month, except for holidays.
Who is it for?
This is for you if you’re an arts facilitator, educator, cultural worker, or healer looking for a community of peers doing similar work.
Why join?
I believe that as arts practitioners our work is inherently political, and attempts to detach arts-based practices from social issues is misguided and detrimental. Whether someone can access or afford our services, has the privilege to set aside time to engage in art making, or feels welcome in our workshops is political. By studying together, we sharpen how we show up in our work.
What can I expect?
Sessions draw on diverse readings and shared knowledge to deepen understanding, surface areas for growth, and work through real challenges together — all in service of using art-making to help change the world.
Are there opportunities for me to contribute?
Yes. Absolutely! This space is co-created and peer-led, if you’re interested in leading a session, facilitating an activity, or have ideas for how we can enrich our time together, I encourage you to reach out.
